The Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center AI Task Force is delighted to announce that, following extensive consultation with the arbitration community, the First Edition of the Guidelines on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Arbitration has been finalised and published on April 30, 2024.

The official consultation period is now over, but we encourage members of the community to provide further comments and feedback by email to aitaskforce@svamc.org.
